Foamboards (in addition to book covers) – the focus of our activities

With book covers and other covered materials a smooth and flat surface plays a very important role in the further processing without disturbances in the running of the machines. Based on many years of experience the Fiebig & Schillings Company met those requirements by developing a special machine, which (since 2005) produces high-quality hot-melt glued foamboards in their rooms. Thus, during the glueing process, no further humidity is added to the foamboard aggregate consisting of greyboard and foam with or without covering paper.. Besides, the added layer of glue is so thin that the book cover will not show any irregularities by glue spots even when doing filigree embossings.

The machine offers a wide range of measurements in mother sheets so that we can produce exactly what sizes are needed. On this machine Fiebig & Schillings turns out your orders all year long without summer break so that you can receive high-quality foam boards in cut-sizes, die-cut pieces or mother sheets whenever you need them. Especially manufacturers of diaries and agendas may optimize their planning and acquisition during the summer high season.
